Mentoring is a powerful personal development and empowerment tool.

I will work with you to develop your personal and professional goals. We will talk by phone several times a month and have an ongoing conversation by email. We will discuss what is holding you back and what you can do to move forward.

I am offering  mentoring because:

A mentor is a guide who can help you to find the right direction and who can help you to develop solutions to career issues. Mentoring provides you with an opportunity to think about career options and progress.

A mentor should help you to believe in yourself and boost your confidence. A mentor should ask questions and challenge, while providing guidance and encouragement.

Mentoring allows you to explore new ideas in confidence. It is a chance to look more closely at yourself, your issues, opportunities and what you want in life.
